3. INVENTORY

Inventory consisted of the following as of December 31, 2019 and 2020 (in thousands):

The Company’s Inventory on-hand is held either with Amazon or the Company’s other third-party warehouses. The Company does not have any contractual right of returns with its contract manufacturers. The Company’s Inventory on-hand held by Amazon was approximately $4.7 million and $5.3 million as of December 31, 2019 and December 31, 2020, respectively.
