4. INVENTORY

Inventory consisted of the following as of September 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024 (in thousands):

The Company’s inventory on-hand is held either with Amazon or the Company’s other third-party warehouses. The Company does not have any contractual right of returns with its contract manufacturers. The Company’s inventory on-hand held by Amazon was approximately $6.4 million and $3.5 million as of September 30, 2025 and  December 31, 2024, respectively.
