3. INVENTORY

Inventory consisted of the following as of December 31, 2018 and September 30, 2019:

All of the Company’s inventory on-hand is held either with Amazon or the Company’s other third-party warehouses. The Company does not have any contractual right of returns with its contract manufacturers. The Company’s inventory on-hand held by Amazon was approximately $6.1 million and $3.9 million as of December 31, 2018 and September 30, 2019, respectively.

All of the Company’s Inventory on-hand is held either with Amazon or the Company’s other third-party warehouses. The Company does not have any contractual right of returns with its contract manufacturers. The Company’s Inventory on-hand held by Amazon is approximately $3.2 million and $6.1 million as of December 31, 2017 and December 31, 2018, respectively.
