Inventory consisted of the following as of December 31, 2022 and March 31, 2023 (in thousands):

The Company’s inventory on-hand is held either with Amazon or the Company’s other third-party warehouses. The Company does not have any contractual right of returns with its contract manufacturers. The Company’s inventory on-hand held by Amazon was approximately $8.6 million and $7.1 million as of December 31, 2022 and March 31, 2023, respectively.
