3. INVENTORY

Inventory consisted of the following as of December 31, 2021 and 2022 (in thousands):

The Company’s Inventory on-hand is held either with Amazon, Walmart or the Company’s other third-party warehouses. The Company does not have any contractual right of returns with its contract manufacturers. The Company’s Inventory on-hand held by Amazon was approximately $8.4 million and $8.6 million as of December 31, 2021 and December 31, 2022, respectively.
