Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Acquisitions of Real Estate Subsequent to June 30, 2024, we acquired an industrial property for $8.6 million, exclusive of acquisition-related costs. We are in the process of assessing the fair values of the acquired tangible assets and any intangible assets and liabilities for this asset acquisition.
