Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Private Offering On November 8, 2022, we received proceeds of $29.3 million from the issuance of Class N common stock in the Class N Private Offering. Public Offering Subsequent to September 30, 2022, we received total net proceeds for $22.4 million from the issuance of common stock in our Offering. Additionally, on October 26, 2022, we received a redemption request for $7.5 million effective as of October 31, 2022. The full amount of the redemption was paid on November 2, 2022.
