Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Public Offering Subsequent to June 30, 2022, we received total net proceeds of $10.9 million from the issuance of common stock in our Offering. Acquisitions On July 6, 2022, we acquired a portfolio of three self-storage properties for $24.2 million, exclusive of acquisition-related costs. We are in the process of assessing the fair values of the acquired tangible assets and any intangible assets and liabilities for these asset acquisitions.
