Disclosure of Detailed Information about Company's Principal Properties and Material Subsidiaries

All of the Company’s principal properties are located in the Americas. The Company’s principal properties and material subsidiaries are wholly owned except for Greenstone Gold Mines LP, which is a joint operation that owns the Greenstone development project in which the Company has a 60% interest.
