The ownership percentages reported are based on are based on 95,662,391 shares outstanding as of December 31, 2024, as disclosed by Inventiva S.A. on its website accordance with article 223-16 of the general regulations of the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority), and gives effect to the exercise of the Pre-Funded Warrants (as defined below) held by the Master Fund. The Master Fund holds 5,555,555 Ordinary Shares and 1,851,851 pre-funded warrants exercisable for 1,851,851 Ordinary Shares (the "Pre-Funded Warrants"). The Pre-Funded Warrants cannot be exercised if, after giving effect to such exercise, the Reporting Persons' beneficial ownership would exceed 4.99% of the outstanding Ordinary Shares.
