Fluctuations in our reported income tax rates from the statutory rate are primarily due to the impacts of equity compensation, transaction costs, and benefits recognized for certain incentive tax credits resulting from research and experimental expenditures in the three and six months ended September 30, 2021 and our acquisition and divestiture activity in the three and six months ended September 30, 2020.
