(2)The warrants outstanding as of March 31, 2024 are equity-classified instruments, are subject to customary anti-dilution adjustments, and are stand-alone instruments. The fair value per warrant was calculated at issuance using a Black-Scholes model and ranged from $0.06 to $0.84. Significant assumptions used in the calculations included volatility ranging from 70.0% to 87.5% and risk-free rates ranging from 0.3% to 4.2%. No warrants were exercised during the three months ended March 31, 2024.
