(1)During the year ended December 31, 2021, we recorded measurement period purchase accounting adjustments related to our 2020 acquisitions based on changes to certain estimates and assumptions and their related impact to goodwill. Additionally, during the year ended December 31, 2021 we recorded $6,928 related to the Hemma acquisition, $1,797 related to the BCCO acquisition, and $8,342 related to the OCC acquisition.
