Note 4 - Related Party Transactions	`4.`RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Due to Officer During the period from March 5, 2018 (inception) to June 30, 2018, the Company received advances from its officer to pay for operating expenses. The balance due to the officer at March 31, 2019 and June 30, 2018 was $9,580. There are no definitive repayment terms and no interest is accruing on these advances. Due to Smartrade At March 31, 2019 and June 30, 2018, the Company had a balance payable totaling $118,000 and $100,000, respectively, for the purchase of interest in Smartrade (See note 2).
