The aggregate amortization expense related to the programming rights was approximately $2.6 billion and $2.8 billion for the three months ended December 31, 2021 and 2020, respectively, and approximately $3.4 billion and $3.5 billion for the six months ended December 31, 2021 and 2020, respectively, which is included in Operating expenses in the Statements of Operations.
