Subsequent Events	NOTE 22. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In July 2022 the Company made the decision to discontinue the Company's wholesale operations within the state of Nevada. The Company is currently evaluating the exit plans for these operations and the related financial impacts. As of June 30, 2022, these operations represented approximately $54.6 million of assets and generated revenues of $1.8 million for six months ended June 30, 2022.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
