15. Defined Contribution plan

The Company sponsors a 401(k) plan (the “401(k) Plan”), which is designed to be qualified under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Eligible employees can elect to contribute to the 401(k) Plan, subject to certain limitations on eligible compensation. The Company may match employee contributions in amounts to be determined at the Company’s sole discretion. The Company’s matching contributions during each of the three and six months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024 were immaterial.
