On May 15, 2023, Geoffrey Andersen, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, and Jonathan Destler, Founder and Head of Corporate Development, participated in a conference call with certain securityholders of the Company, regarding recent Company news and developments, as well as the Company’s response to certain general questions from certain securityholders of the Company regarding the Company’s operations.
