For the three and six months ended June 30, 2020, the diluted weighted-average number of outstanding common shares does not include 5,275,000 and 3,364,392 shares issuable upon the exercise of outstanding options, respectively, and 421,875 restricted common shares, as their effects would have been anti-dilutive. For the three and six months ended June 30, 2019, the diluted weighted-average number of outstanding common limited partner units does not include 201,995 and 203,433 units, respectively, as their effects would have been anti-dilutive.
