SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	17. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On May 10, 2022, the Company acquired two cemeteries in North Carolina for cash consideration of $0.3 million, pursuant to a definitive agreement signed on March 23, 2021 with Daly Seven, Inc. to acquire four cemeteries for a total purchase price of $5.4 million, subject to customary working capital adjustments. See Note 2 Acquisitions and Divestitures for information regarding the two cemeteries previously acquired.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
