Research, Development, and Computer Software, Policy	*Research and Development* Research and development costs are expensed as incurred. Research and development expenses primarily consist of salaries and benefits for research and development employees, stock-based compensation, consulting fees, lab supplies, and regulatory compliance costs. We had $0 research and development R&D expense during the Three and Six months ended June 30, 2019. For the three months ended June 30, 2018 and the period January 30, 2018 (Inception) through June 30, 2018 we had $76,635 an$76,635 respectively in R&D expense.

Disclosure of accounting policy for its research and development and computer software activities including the accounting treatment for costs incurred for (1) research and development activities, (2) development of computer software for internal use, (3) computer software to be sold, leased or otherwise marketed as a separate product or as part of a product or process and (4) in-process research and development acquired in a purchase business combination.
