Subsequent Events	NOTE 10 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On June 26, 2019 First Fire elected to convert the remaining balance of $124,715 of the note dated December 10, 2018 for restricted shares at .05 cents a share thereby retiring the original note in full, the total shares to be issued was 2,494,300, which were subsequently issued on July 8, 2019.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
