SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 13 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In accordance with ASC 855, the Company has analyzed its operations subsequent to September 30, 2024 through the date these consolidated financial statements were issued and has reported the following events: On October 3, 2024, the Company converted a $100,000 convertible promissory note to 400,000 shares, as stated within the terms of the agreement.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
