SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 14 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In accordance with ASC 855, the Company has analyzed its operations subsequent to June 30, 2023 through the date these consolidated financial statements were issued and has reported the following events: From July 1, 2023 to August 31, 2023, the Company has issued a total of 610,000 shares of common stock for consulting services provided. As of August 23, 2023, there were 130,001,300 shares of the registrant’s common stock, $0.0001 par value, issued and outstanding

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
