Business Combination, Description	The Company has available to complete a Business Combination from February 8, 2020 to May 8, 2020. The Note is non-interest bearing and is payable upon the closing of a Business Combination. In addition, the Note may be converted, at the lender's discretion, into additional Private Units at a price of $10.00 per unit.
