INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING	NOTE 3. INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING Pursuant to the Initial Public Offering, the Company sold 5,750,000 Units at a purchase price of $10.00 per Unit, which includes the exercise by the underwriters of their over-allotment option in full of 750,000 Units at $10.00 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one ordinary share, one redeemable warrant ("Public Warrant") and one right ("Public Right"). Each Public Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one-half of one ordinary share at an exercise price of $11.50 per whole share (see Note 7). However, the Public Warrants may only be exercised for a whole number of shares, meaning that the Public Warrants must be exercised in multiples of two. Each Public Right entitles the holder to receive one-tenth of one ordinary share at the closing of a Business Combination (see Note 7).
