RELATED-PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 5 – RELATED-PARTY TRANSACTIONS The former President of the Company, Olegas Tunevicius, is the only related party with whom the Company had transactions with during the year ended July 31, 2022. During the year ended July 31, 2022, Mr. Tunevicius contributed $34,930 in cash to assist in paying for operating expenses on behalf of the Company. The amounts due to the related party are unsecured and non-interest bearing with no set terms of repayment and were $71,724 and $36,794 as of July 31, 2022 and July 31, 2021, respectively.
