Common Stock	NOTE 14 – COMMON STOCK During the 3 months ended September 30, 2019, the Company sold 24,956,826 shares of the Company’s common stock in IPO stage to the public for $499,137. The transaction was structured as a capital stock subscription.

The entire disclosure for shareholders' equity comprised of portions attributable to the parent entity and noncontrolling interest, including other comprehensive income.
