18.  Subsequent Events

On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) a pandemic. While the disruption is currently expected to be temporary, there is considerable uncertainty about its possible duration. As a result, significant economic uncertainties have arisen which are likely to negatively impact our customers, employees and vendors and, resultantly, our net income as a result of the disruption of the financial markets, supply chains and business operations. Other negative financial and operational impacts could occur although such potential impact is unknown and cannot be reasonably estimated at this time.
