Going Concern	NOTE 10 - Going Concern The accompanying financial statements and notes have been prepared assuming that the Company will continue as a going concern. For the six months period ended December 31, 2024, the Company had a cash balance of $2,000 and net loss of $22,565 from operations. For the six months period ended December 31, 2023, the Company had a cash balance of $27,957 in total and net loss of $2,003,427.

The entire disclosure when substantial doubt is raised about the ability to continue as a going concern. Includes, but is not limited to, principal conditions or events that raised substantial doubt about the ability to continue as a going concern, management's evaluation of the significance of those conditions or events in relation to the ability to meet its obligations, and management's plans that alleviated or are intended to mitigate the conditions or events that raise substantial doubt about the ability to continue as a going concern.
