Related Party Transactions	NOTE 9 — Related Party Transactions For the year ended June 30, 2024, and 2023 there were no related party transactions, other than accounts payable totaling $1,041,714 associated with the acquisition of the production and stage equipment which is owed to a significant stockholder.
