Repayment Of Interest Rate Agreement Description			the Company entered into an agreement with its fleet management company pursuant to which it would receive rebates of $1.3 million to be repaid over three years at an interest rate of 2.85% per annum. The rebates were secured by title to selected vehicles within the Company’s owned fleet of vehicles in Georgia and California.
