EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS	NOTE 12 — EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS The Company maintains employee savings plans which allow for voluntary contributions into designated investment funds by eligible employees. The Company may, at the discretion of its Board of Managers, make additional contributions to these plans. The Company has expensed $1.8 and $1.1 million for the three months ended June 30, 2020 and $3.1 million, respectively, and $2.0 million for the six months ended June 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively.

The entire disclosure for an entity's employee compensation and benefit plans, including, but not limited to, postemployment and postretirement benefit plans, defined benefit pension plans, defined contribution plans, non-qualified and supplemental benefit plans, deferred compensation, share-based compensation, life insurance, severance, health care, unemployment and other benefit plans.
