Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On June 14, 2021, AppLovin Corporation filed a certificate of change of registered agent and/or registered office (the “Certificate of Change”) with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware to change its registered agent in Delaware. The Certificate of Change is filed herewith as Exhibit 3.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
