LEASES

LEASESThe Company has lease arrangements related to office space, warehouse and production space, and land to facilitate agricultural operations. The leases have remaining lease terms of less than one to twelve years, some of which include options to extend the leases for up to five years. Generally, the lease agreements do not include options to terminate the lease.
