INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXESThe Company’s effective tax rate in the six months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021 was 0% and 0.16%, respectively. The Company’s effective tax rates differ from the U.S. federal statutory rate of 21% for the six months end June 30, 2022 and 2021, respectively, primarily due to the valuation allowance. The effective tax rate for the six months of 2022 was lower than the same periods in 2021 primarily due to state income taxes.
