3. CONCENTRATIONS

The Company maintains cash balances at various financial institutions in different countries. These balances are usually secured by the central banks’ insurance companies. At times, these balances may exceed the insurance limits.

For the three months ended June 30, 2024, one customer accounted for approximately 100% of the Company’s property development revenue. For the three months ended June 30, 2025 there were no concentrations for any of our revenue streams. For the six months ended June 30, 2024, one customer accounted for approximately 100% of the Company’s property development revenue. For the six months ended June 30, 2025 there were no concentrations for any of our revenue streams.
