CONCENTRATIONS	3. CONCENTRATIONS The Company maintains cash balances at various financial institutions in different countries. These balances are usually secured by the central banks’ insurance companies. At times, these balances may exceed the insurance limits. For the year ended December 31, 2024, two customers accounted for approximately 30%, and 70% of the Company’s property and development revenue. For the year ended December 31, 2023, three customers accounted for approximately 36%, 36%, and 28% of the Company’s property and development revenue.

The entire disclosure for any concentrations existing at the date of the financial statements that make an entity vulnerable to a reasonably possible, near-term, severe impact. This disclosure informs financial statement users about the general nature of the risk associated with the concentration, and may indicate the percentage of concentration risk as of the balance sheet date.
