SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	15. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 8, 2022 the Company received confirmation from Small Business Administration that the PPP loan together with accrued interest was fully forgiven. On April 11, 2022 the Company filed Registration Statement on Form S-3 using a “shelf” registration or continuous offering process. Under this shelf registration process, the Company may, from time to time, sell any combination of the securities (common stock, preferred stock, warrants, rights, units) described in the filed prospectus in one or more offerings up to a total aggregate offering price of $75,000,000. On April 29, 2022 Chan Heng Fai paid back the overpayment made to him of $1,185,251 for the bonus paid to him in January 2022.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
