On July 21, 2021, MetroCity Bankshares, Inc. announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on its common stock. This dividend is payable August 12, 2021, to shareholders of record as of August 3, 2021. A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.

ATLANTA, GA (July 21, 2021) – MetroCity Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: MCBS) announced today that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on its common stock. The cash dividend is payable on August 12, 2021 to shareholders of record as of August 3, 2021.
