Defined Contribution Plan	Defined Contribution PlanThe Company sponsors a defined contribution plan under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code covering substantially all full-time U.S. employees. Employee contributions are voluntary and are determined on an individual basis subject to the maximum allowable under federal tax regulations. The Company made contributions to the plan of $0.2 million and $0.1 million for the three months ended June 30, 2021 and 2020, respectively, and $0.4 million and $0.2 million for the six months ended June 30, 2021 and 2020, respectively.
