Initial Public Offering	Note 3 — Initial Public Offering The Company sold 5,500,000 and 825,000 Units at a price of $10.00 per Unit in the Initial Public Offering and Over-allotment on October 10, 2018 and October 17, 2018, respectively, or 6,325,000 Units in aggregate. Each Unit consists of one share of common stock, and one redeemable warrant (each, a "Public Warrant"). Each Public Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share of common stock at a price of $11.50 per share, subject to adjustment (see Note 6).
