Fourth Quarter Highlights 3 . Net income was $152.7 million; diluted earnings per share (EPS) were $1.88 – Record pretax income and operating earnings(1) driven by continued strong Production segment results and improved operating performance in the Servicing segment – Book value per share increased to $26.26 from $24.37 at September 30, 2019 – PFSI’s Board of Directors declared a fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.12 per share, payable on February 27, 2020, to common stockholders of record as of February 14, 2020 .
