Related party transactions Atlas Venture Life Science Advisors, LLC A partner of Atlas Venture Life Science Advisors, LLC (“Atlas”), a significant investor in the Company, has served on the Company’s board of directors since 2018. In August 2018, the Company entered into a use and occupancy agreement for office space with Atlas in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The parties terminated the agreement in September 2019. As of September 30, 2019, the Company had no outstanding liability to Atlas.
