(1) During the three months ended March 31, 2020, countries with sales in excess of 10% of combined revenue consisted of Japan and the U.S. Sales for the three months ended March 31, 2020 for Japan and the U.S. totaled $31.1 million and $14.6 million, respectively. During the three months ended March 31, 2019, countries with sales in excess of 10% of combined revenue consisted of Japan and the U.S. Sales for the three months ended March 31, 2019 for Japan and the U.S. totaled $48.0 million and $15.8 million, respectively.
