On December 14, 2020, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Resideo Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) approved the following compensatory actions for Robert Aarnes, the Company’s President, ADI Global Distribution: (i) an increase in Mr. Aarnes’ annual base salary from $500,000 to $575,000 and (ii) a one-time award of 50,000 restricted stock units that vest on the fifth anniversary of the date of grant as an incentive to Mr. Aarnes’ continued service and performance with the Company.
