Item 1.04    Mine Safety.

On December 11, 2025, the Company received a section 107(a) order issued by the Mine Safety and Health Administration under the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977 at its Arcosa Aggregates Gulf Coast location in DeRidder, Louisiana. The order was issued to remove a third party contractor observed walking on top of a fuel tank without fall protection. The order was terminated shortly thereafter when the third party contractor was safely removed from the top of the fuel tank. No one was injured and the Company took immediate corrective action with respect to the incident.
