12. Stockholders’ Equity

In the quarter ended March 31, 2024, we sold through our at-the-market (“ATM”) agreement with Jefferies LLC, 9,790,577 shares of common stock at an average price of $1.85 for total proceeds of $18.1 million and net proceeds of $17.6 million.
