12.     Stockholders’ Equity

Through June 2023, we sold through our at-the-market (“ATM”) agreement with Jefferies LLC, 951,873 shares of common stock at an average price of $3.28 for total proceeds of $3.1 million and net proceeds of $3.0 million.
