This transaction represents the settlement of RSUs in shares of common stock on their scheduled vesting date. Due to a clerical error, the Form 4 filed on August 14, 2020 inadvertently reported that following the reported transaction the reporting person beneficially owned 7,154 shares. As reported in this amendment, following the reported transaction, the correct amount beneficially owned by the reporting person is 7,151 shares. This amendment is being filed solely to provide the corrected amount in Column 5 above. The RSU grant vests in equal tranches, one-third per year on each anniversary of the grant date. Vested shares will be delivered to the Reporting Person on the applicable dates as set forth in the Reporting Person's award agreement with respect to each vesting tranche. This award was granted on August 12, 2019.
